PortaLaw + CLEBC

On May 5th and 6th, Erin Brandt and James Hsu represented PortaLaw at the annual Employment Law Conference hosted by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. Together with a panel of colleagues, they spoke to the employment law bar about recent and significant court and tribunal decisions about time theft, layoffs, wrongful dismissal, and non-competition agreements.
