2024 Benefit Report
PortaLaw has been a registered benefit company since January 25, 2021. This means we are a for-profit business that promotes public benefits such as charitable, economic, educational or environmental activities.
As a benefit company and Certified B Corp, our stakeholders are not just our clients and shareholders. Just as important, we are accountable to our employees, the environment, and our local community.
We are required by law to publish an annual report about our benefit-related activities. This report covers PortaLaw’s activities during our last fiscal year (November 1, 2023 to October 31, 2024).
